Welcome to Annan Day Centre

At Annan Day Centre, we believe that community matters. Since opening in 2005, the centre has grown into a welcoming space where people can come together, enjoy good company, and find the support they need to stay connected and independent.

Our motto is simple: “Where friends become family.” And that’s exactly what happens here every day.

The centre offers a wide range of activities and services designed to support adults in our local community. From social activities like bingo, games, crafts and gentle exercise classes, to practical services such as Meals on Wheels, foot care, transport, and help at home, our aim is always the same — to make life a little easier and a lot more enjoyable.

For many people, coming to the centre is about more than activities. It’s about belonging. A place to laugh, chat, share stories and enjoy a warm meal with others. We know how important these moments are, especially for people who may otherwise feel isolated.

Alongside the centre, we also operate Care4You (D&G) Ltd, helping people remain independent in their own homes while continuing to stay connected to the wider community.

Like many charities, we are always looking ahead. One of our most exciting projects right now is the journey toward a new purpose-built community hub. Our current building has served us well, but the demand for our services continues to grow. The new centre will allow us to expand what we offer and create a modern, welcoming space designed around the needs of the community.

It’s a big adventure, and one we are taking step by step with the support of local people, businesses, and organisations who believe in what we do.

At its heart, Annan Day Centre is about people helping people. Whether you come along for activities, use one of our services, volunteer, or support our fundraising efforts, you become part of something bigger — a community that looks out for one another.

And that’s something we’re very proud of.
